- We the talk about your needs either by phone, email or in person.
- Upon general agreement we will let you know the price and time frame and down payment for your projct. If you wish we can provide this information in the form of a written contract.
- If you accept our price and time frame, we will either collect the down payment from you or send an email to you, directing you to our secure Paypal payment site for your down payment.
- If we register a domain and/or hosting for you, the domain and hosting will be registered in your name with your contact address. Please provide us with this information.
- For the content of your website please email us your pictures and text.
- We are also available to take pictures of your establishment and write text for your website.
- We will show you a prototype of your website within the time specified previously. This is the time were you can reject or accept the general design.
- Upon acceptance of the prototype we will complete the final design.
- After we have submitted the final website for your review you will be able to direct us to make minor changes to the content of the website.
- After completion of your website we will submit your site to Google and Bing
- After you have accepted the website as finished we will direct you to our secure Paypal payment site for your final payment.
- If you wish for Kolibri Web Design to maintain your site, we will negotiate a maintenance contract based on your needs.
